1)Responsible for the preparation project( Facility & building of new construction.) and building maintenance (civil works, steel structure, roof and floor etc.) , ensure all assigned works done on time with high quality; 2)Responsible for production equipment and utility & facility equipment installation, commissioning and maintenance of late; 3)Responsible with design, system, equipment through design document awareness, on job training or training conducted by vendors; 4)Setup of operating and maintenance SOPs in the function before handover of the project 5)Maintenance planning for the utilities through coordination with customers 6)Set up KPIs for utility supply and overall equipment effectiveness 7)Optimizing the utility operation towards Efficiency and Effectiveness 8)Setup engineering service workshop 9)Setup SAP PM system according to agreed timeline 10)Establishment of spare part management system 11)Annual budget planning for engineering department 12)Goal setting, performance evaluation and development planning for subordinates 13)Training planning and conducting for subordinates in terms of engineering operation and maintenance to secure team members; 14)Outsourced service proposal and justification for those none core value part business 15)Selection of qualified vendor under the support of purchasing department 16)GMP and SHE compliance in daily operation （including outsourced service）。

1)Bachelor degree in engineering; 2)At least 10 years experience in engineering field and pharmaceutical industry in multinational company; 3)Have the preparation project experience of new construction is good; 4)Have OSD & sterile product is prior; 5)Familiar with Power receiving and distribution ,HVAC & Plumbing ,PW,WFI system BMS system 6)Familiar with Utility operation and production equipment maintenance management; 7)Familiar with International GMP(US FDA + SFDA + Ero GMP;) 8)Good leadership, problem solving, interpersonal and communication skill 9)Fluent in English (oral & written).
