1)Fully responsible for the company (project) of the preparation and construction, and the manufactory operations management later; 2)Routing management of all the departments in the plant, including Production,, Quality, Logistic, EM, Finance and HR; 3)Ensure timely delivery and quality of all products under the safety environment; 4)Operations Management with P&L responsibility, the cost and budget control; 5)Understanding the current mindset of employees with different background through communication, and aim to change their mindset and behaviors; 6)Lead, coach and develop manufacturing team members to strive for continuous improvement and maintain good team spirit; 7)Prepares workforce planning, employees development planning; 8)Keep international GMP requirement standard and passed the FDA; 9)Handling with all Government Officials; 10)Complete other tasks assigned from the line leader.

1)Bachelor degree above, major in pharmaceutical or chemical related majors; 2)More than 10 industry experience in multinational company; 3)Strong experience in pharmaceutical production, technology, quality, engineering and other related knowledge; 4)Expertise in international GMP preparation products (such as the FDA, the SFDA); 5)International CMO project experience is preferred; 6)New project investment, construction experience is preferred; 7)Expertise in team building, management and contact; 8)Good personality and communication skills; 9)Fluent in English (oral & written).
