1.Define the technical requirements, provide input to technical specifications and develop the plant documentation incl. the relevant maintenance for the future facility 2.Lead, direct and develop a professional team to ensure the maintenance work meet established targets and standards. 3.Staff the appropriate resources to fulfill the project task. Cooperate with other department to ensure project support according to schedule and spending plan 4.Report the project progress to project lead 5.Provide the technical documentation of the existing plant 6.Define the HSE requirements incl. the process parameters for safety devices latest in project phase 6 7.Check that all HSE required design criteria and measures are functional. Check all required technical design criteria and measures are functional. 8.Approve the plant final design, qualification document and URS.

1、Bachelor degree or above and major in pharmacy, chemistry, Engineering 2、At least 10 years in pharmaceutical industry and 5 years quality management and project management experience 3、Good leadership skill. 4、Good communication and cooperation skill 5、Good knowledge on project management, quality management 6、Language: Mandarin and English( reading and writing, Oral is preferred )
