1、Leads launch projects from PS side and prepare with relevant functions clear written launch plan and proactively follow up on actions, coordinate actions with all relevant involved departments and work in cross functional teams 2、Be the key contact person for the business functions for product launches / reformulations manufactured at internal Bayer sites (eg. Qidong) and also at contract manufacturers, ensure and follow up timely implementation of all defined PS actions for an successful product launch 3、Work together with procurement to identify potential new contract manufactures for new product launches / technologies and make first assessment about technical feasibility and GMP/HSE status, involve quality function for audit activities at potential new suppliers 4、Responsible to coordinate and follow up on qualification and validation activities for new products or reformulations; 5、Support local and global development activities and OE projects at internal and external production sites 6、Fulfill and control implementation of all relevant change related PS internal & external topics incl. compliance, GMP, HSE etc. 7、Continuously improve products and manufacturing processes in compliance with legal regulations and Bayer standards. 8、Good communication with all relevant business functions, prepare clear milestone plans for hand over new launched products to supply chain for regular supply and support these products in order to avoid stock outs 9、Implement and follow global S&OP practices for newly launched products together with supply chain in order to manage and lower the company’s working capital and DOH 10、Plan department’s budget and control its spending to meet company’s bottom line target.

1、Min. Bachelor degree 2、Strong personal & leadership skills, esp. strong project management skills. 3、Analytical thinking combined with proactive Hands-on mentality for implementation 4、Min. 5 years working experience in multi-national companies including project & launch management, preferably pharmaceutical companies, relating with operational jobs. 5、Fluent in English (oral & written).
