1.Lead and facilitate site operational excellence strategy. 2.Driving, teaching and coaching site leadership team and broader team at all the level in the organization on lean culture, behaviour, way of working, tools and methodologies. Serve as an expert resource to the business on the operational excellence philosophy, theory, application tools and tactics. 3.Facilitate and coach Process Centric Organization and Process Execution Team process and way of working. 4.Functional leadership and development of site operational excellence talent and pipeline. 5.As part of site leadership team, is responsible and accountable for site vision, strategy and objective delivery.

1.Educated to degree level in Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or related technical/business discipline 2.Minimum of 10 years of relevant progressive work experience in business environment 3.Demonstrated history of top solid performance, leadership and expereience 4.In depth knowledge of lean best practice from external world and other industries. 5.Solid working knowledge and experiences of supply chain and manufacturing 6.Excellent communicator, and good interpersonal and influence skill, with demonstrated facilitation experiences 7.Passionate and demonstrated ability to motivate others and achieve results 8.Expertise in process & project management and improvement. 9.Expertise in the application of analytical problem solving methodology.
