1、Works closely with Product Development Engineer to set-up and follow through on development trials. 2、Responsible for key development (and production if needed) orders associated with current development project work. Accountable for organizing and supporting trials and will advise Product Development Engineer of items requiring additional attention. 3、Collaborates with production personnel to coordinate and process process fabric development trials in the production finishing areas. Responsible for making process adjustments as necessary tomeet requirements of each product development request. 4、Records and organizes samples, data, procedures, and results in a way conducive to sharing and retaining information for future reference. 5、Makes and records observations during development work to further the work or solve a problem. 6、Utilizes information systems to track development trials and compile information related to processability, appearance and test results. 7、Contributes to the effort of creating new, innovative styles to meet customer needs. Draws connections and conclusions through their work that will contribute to the greater understanding of fabric quality and performance. 8、Performs other duties as required or directed.

1、Associates degreein textiles or related disclipline or commensurate work experience in textile manufacturing or development. 2、An understanding of basic textile processes, fabric constructions and measurements used in developing fabric standards. 3、Previous experience in setting up and operating textile finishing and surface finishing machinery. 4、Ability to organize trials, analyze & document results, create and execute additional trials if needed. 5、Familiarity with textile physical testing methods is beneficial.
