1、Lead the creation, milestone definition and delivery of a Strategic Roadmap for SCM GCA, covering all brands and channels. 2、Lead the centralized support activities which can be shared across the SCM GCA functions in order to fully leverage our scale, maximize our and investments 3、Direct the delivery of existing collaborative supply chain models within GCA 4、Lead the creation and develop the suite of future supply models required to optimize availability, cost, inventory and service to GCA Supply Chain and support the application to other geographies 5、Drive supply chain Process review and reengineering / optimisation 6、Maintain SCM fact book including key KPIs, transactions, contracts and performance management against SLA’s. 7、Reporting and summarizing operational status regularly 8、Develop and facilitate department communicative activities 9、Identify capability develop needs of our customers and structure targeted projects to improve their operations in order to support the execution of our business strategy

1、Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably with specialization in supply chain or operations management 2、Minimum of 7 years of experience in the Supply Chain domain 3、Must have advanced communication ability for both Mandarin and English, both in written and verbal 4、Experienced in project management and willing to take lead 5、Superior problem solving and analytical skills 6、Significant exposure to purchasing, logistics or supply chain, knowledge about retail environment and sportswear industry is a plus 7、Sound business knowledge and commercially aware 8、Willing to work in a highly demanding and cooperative team environment 9、Exhibit self-motivation and highly service-orientated work ethic
